100+ countries, 170+ routes. Start with the region you need, then compare your connection experience.
A region name is a starting point, not the whole answer when choosing a route. For everyday browsing, try a nearby region. For websites with regional requirements, first check which locations the service supports. Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, the United States, and Canada are popular regions shown here. For specific cities, route names, and available connection types, see the route directory after signing in. This preview explains the route details; connection options may vary by region.
IEPL, relayed, and direct describe different ways a connection is routed. The name alone cannot predict how a route will perform on your current network. Home broadband, office networks, wireless signal, and time of day can all affect your experience. Try the websites you actually use on your usual network, checking page loads, file transfers, and sustained connections, then keep the routes that work for you. When switching routes, change only the route so it is easier to identify the cause of any difference.

Route connectivity and website licensing are separate matters. Connecting through a route in a particular region does not automatically grant access to that region's content library, AI tool features, or paid accounts. Websites still apply their own rules for regions, accounts, and content licenses. If something is not working, check your exit location on the network test page, then see the relevant troubleshooting guide.

Slow evening access can be caused by your local wireless network, your provider's network, or the destination website. A successful connection alone won't tell you whether slow page loads or interrupted transfers are the issue.
VPNGuest offers a choice of international routes. On your usual network, run the same tasks across different routes and compare page loading and sustained access before choosing a region for everyday use.
Focus on how the route works in your own environment, not a single displayed number. Route type can help explain differences in the connection path, but it is not a speed guarantee for every time of day.
Read the route selection guideWhen choosing a network service, understand the difference between browsing activity and account information. Connecting to international websites does not stop those sites from recognizing your signed-in account, nor does it prevent your device from saving browsing history.
VPNGuest describes its privacy approach as “no logs.” Accounts use a username and password, with no email required. See the privacy policy for details about data handling and the limits of the service.
Service policies and your own habits both matter. Keep your account credentials secure, don't share subscription details publicly, and check the privacy settings on the websites you use. Manage network access and account security separately.
Read the privacy policyUsing a computer for work and a mobile device for reading and communication is common. Focusing on a single device can make it easy to overlook whether you've imported the subscription on your other devices.
VPNGuest supports unlimited simultaneous devices on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Set up the client separately on each device, using the subscription link available in your account panel.
Device limits and plan data are separate things. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Keep an eye on your plan's remaining data and protect your subscription details—don't share your credentials publicly.
View device setup stepsAn AI website that loads but stops responding partway through may not be experiencing the same issue as one that won't open. Region detection, account access, and connection stability can all affect use. The website and developer tools may also use different network paths.
With VPNGuest, first check which regions the tool supports. Keep the route consistent while checking the connection settings in your browser, command line, and editor extensions, and avoid using different exit locations at the same time.
International routes provide network access; they do not grant an AI platform account or paid features. If you encounter login errors, rate limits, or interrupted responses, troubleshoot the specific message instead of repeatedly switching regions.

VPNGuest offers a choice of international routes. After selecting a region, check how the website identifies your location, then play the content you actually want to watch and check playback over time. Keep an eye on your plan's data usage.
A route's region does not guarantee access to a particular content library, and platform rules may change. Streaming memberships are not included. Video quality and content access depend on the platform plan, your device, and the content itself.
Read the streaming guideNetwork performance depends on your own setup, so a route that works for someone else may not suit your everyday tasks. Before choosing a subscription, compare prices and check the refund rules and how to submit a request.
VPNGuest offers a 60-day refund policy. Read the full terms of use and keep your account and order details. For help with an order, sign in to the account panel and submit a support ticket.
Assess your experience using your usual devices, network, and websites—not just a single connection test. Knowing what you need to do can help you decide whether a monthly plan or a data package is right for you.
Read the refund termsVPNGuest brings account access, plan selection, client downloads, and subscription details together in the account panel. The marketing pages explain the service; the panel handles your account and delivers your subscription. There's no need to search articles for an installer or share subscription details on a public page. Check the price, supported devices, and refund policy before getting started. Then test the connection against your real tasks. That gives you a clearer picture than relying on vague claims about speed.

Create an account with a username and password—no email required. Save your credentials securely, then visit the panel to view plans and download options. On Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux, sign in to download the client. For iOS, the panel provides available options based on your plan status.
Once installation is complete, import the subscription using the method shown in the account panel, and grant any network permissions requested by your system. Then open the route directory and check that available routes appear before connecting. If the directory is empty, verify your sign-in, subscription status, and import result instead of repeatedly changing regions. After the device shows as connected, visit an actual website to confirm that the network exit and your intended task are working.
When switching devices, repeat the setup on the new device. Multiple devices can be online at once, but each has its own system permissions and connection settings. If only one device cannot access a site, first check whether the client is running, the subscription is up to date, and the browser has additional network settings enabled. The step-by-step instructions are in the Guides section, so you can check each item rather than reinstalling from memory.

Even when using the internet continuously, data use can vary widely between reading web pages, receiving text responses, and streaming video. The use cases on plan cards are there to help you choose, not to promise how long a data tier will last. If you have usage history, start by checking your actual consumption. If you're new, list the tasks you need to do, then compare billing options on the plans page. Don't decide on price alone.
Monthly plans suit visitors who expect to use the service regularly and want to manage data month by month. Data resets each month on the activation date, not necessarily on the first of the calendar month. If you upgrade partway through, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the specific order details in your account panel. Compare price, data allowance, and reset schedule before choosing, then monitor your remaining data as you use the service.
Data packages suit visitors who want to use data at their own pace. They last until used and never expire. The main difference from a monthly plan is how you pay for and use the data—not how many devices you can connect. If you only occasionally visit international websites, consider a data package. For frequent video streaming or large file transfers, use your actual data needs to guide your choice. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, with a 60-day refund policy. The full plans page lists the details of each monthly plan and data package; the complete refund terms are in the terms of use. Once you've chosen a plan, manage it and your order through the account panel. You can also submit a support ticket there if you need help with an order, instead of searching different pages for contact options.

A page that won't load, a failed login, an interrupted response, and video buffering may all feel like a poor experience, but they can happen at different stages. Recording the conditions helps reproduce the issue better than repeatedly changing settings.
